For years I had always been bothered  by the traditional fine jewelry industry’s mysterious practices and stuffy nature. I knew there had to be a better way to buy diamonds and fine jewelry. Before starting AnaStaci Fine Jewelry, I heard from customers, colleagues and friends that buying a diamond or other piece of fine jewelry was daunting, intimidating and that retailers were more like used car salesmen than trusted advisors. So, in 2007 I decided to change that and try something different.

I listened to my customers and created a new approach.

My clients said they want high quality diamonds and jewelry and a hassle-free experience. They want honest education and advice on gemstones and jewelry without feeling pressured into something they can’t afford. They want fair prices rather than high mark-ups and 80% off sales. They want their selection of diamonds to be based on their specifications and price range, not on what a store needs to sell. They want friendly and honest customer service. They want to shop from the comfort of their own home or office. And, they may even want a beer while they check out a few stones. So that’s how I do business, and have since the very start.
